Within our first meeting I felt as though I could trust and Rebecca and would be able to develop a strong connection with her. She’s kind, respectful, and insightful. She listens extremely well and I feel as though she’s able to intuitively understand what I’m going through and feeling beyond just what I’m able to convey. I really look forward to our sessions and think that she is going to be pivotal in my therapy journey. I’m grateful to have found her in the sea of all the possible therapists in this platform.

Hello! I’m glad you have landed here. More than likely, you are struggling and you know that it is time to reach out for help. You have come to the right place.

Over the past ten years of working in clinical settings, I have noted the profound impact that struggles with depression, anxiety, and self-esteem can have on a person and their family. I also know firsthand how challenging it can be to juggle many roles.

I specialize in working with people who have anxiety, depression, major illness, and who are grieving a loss.

I have always been fascinated by how relationships work, both with ourselves and with one another. I have found that, with the right tools, it is possible to have healthy connections with ourselves and those we love. I have spent my career studying relationship models and approaches so that I can support families and individuals in creating truly satisfying connections in their lives.

While I use a variety of tools and approaches to therapeutic work, one of my main focuses is helping you develop compassionate self-awareness. The best and most sustainable growth happens when we can be loving towards ourselves. Every person has a story and I would love the opportunity to hear yours.

About online counselling

Counselling without referrals.
No doctor referral required.
Convenient.
Virtual counselling sessions are a flexible alternative to in-person therapy.
Available now.
Counselling in as little as 48 hours. No waiting list and no calls to make.

Online counselling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
